Tim was very good at filling me in on what him and his crew were going do from the beginning to the end of the job , also he was a very nice person and very patient with my questions The crew that put the panels all back together and all the accessories and the bird guard did an excellent job . I was assured when they left that the he system was up and running , but it wasn’t running . I reported it 5 days or so a solar technician showed up and got the system running Thank you

James and is crew were very pleasant and professional to work with in our panel removal today. Hope to use this same crew for our panel reinstall as well. James and his crew completed the panel reinstall today after our roof work was finished. Again, they did a great job. Very professional and pleasant to talk with. Will certainly recommend this company to others.

The 3 person crew arrived alittle early, Introduced themselves, briefly told us what to expect & asked if we had any questions. All 3 members of the crew were very profesional & courteous They worked quickly and carefully. They took great care of our solar panels, reattached them to my new roof, cleaned them, reconnected them & verified they were all working properly with the converter. Solar Detach & Reset arrived at the exact time they said! They were polite and respectful throughout the entire process as they worked diligently. Upon completion of the detachment of the solar panels, everything was neatly cleaned and staged for the reset. We high recommend this company for all of your solar needs. The "Reset" is another story! They arrived on time and it was the same polite and respectful young men but the system does not look the same as when it was "Detached". You be the judge when it comes to the workmanship and compare it to their website. Another issue was when Connor (my contact) DEMANDED payment immediately after their completion and told us that the system would not be "turned on" until payment was received when it was discussed with the owner Tyler and in numerous emails that this job was being done using a "Contractor" who is using a settlement from State Farm Insurance because of wind & hail damage. Connor called and spoke with my wife and she felt that he was crass and demanding and she did not want to speak with him and told him to wait until she could give me the phone. Received an email from my contractor this morning who said he was asked for his "banking info" via a link but that he was not authorized to provide that info and called them back so that he could provide a charge card over the phone but did not get a response. I called and texted the owner but just like my contractor - I got NO RESPONSE. On second thought, I would shop around! Here it is a couple of weeks later and everything is right in the world! Tyler the owner of this company agreed that mistakes were made and that he could only apologize and asked that we allow him and his people to make it right! AND THEY DID! It's sad that in today's' work environment it hard to get good experienced worker - they need to be trained. With that being said, mistakes happen but Tyler and Solar Detach & Reset being of irreproachable character came back, with their best and made it like new. The only thing better and getting a great job is getting a great job and a company that stands behind their work - We highly recommend Solar Detach & Reset
