Nobody can honestly price a repair before diagnosing it — but the diagnosis itself should have a price, and ours does: $199, flat. A licensed technician finds the actual fault and you get the repair quoted in writing before any work happens. No mystery invoices.
We respond within 1 business hour.

Solar repair has a bad pricing reputation because most companies quote it backwards: a “free” visit, then a number invented on your doorstep that has to recover the free visit, the truck, and the next three homeowners who did not buy anything. We run it the other way: $199 buys the diagnosis — a licensed technician tests the system end to end, finds the actual fault, and hands you a written estimate. You approve it or you do not. The $199 stands either way, which is exactly what keeps the estimate honest.
A free diagnosis has to be paid for by something. Usually it is paid for by the repair estimate. Our diagnostic has a price, so our estimate does not have to lie.
Panels commonly carry 25-year product warranties; inverters 10–15. Before quoting hardware, we check what is still covered — including systems whose installer has gone out of business, where the manufacturer warranty usually survives even though the workmanship warranty died. We are manufacturer-certified for Tesla, Sunrun, SunPower, SMA, SolarEdge, Enphase and APS, which means we can process those claims rather than just point at them. If your installer is gone, start with our orphaned-system guide.
Not sure whether you need a repair or a full picture of the system? The $199 diagnostic is for a known problem; the $299 inspection is the whole-system assessment with a written report. Book the wrong one and we will tell you on the phone before a truck rolls.
